Typical Use : Hold single or dual-component linings in place in medium temperature applications.
"RWP 3-Tine Rectangular Welding Pins" Refractory Anchors are flat stud welding fasteners with two slots, producing three equal-sized tines.
Typical Use : Support of castable refractory materials and Back-up Board.
The pins are welded onto the surface, the insulation is placed then a washer is pushed down on the pin. The washers are self locking.
Cup Head Pin
The Cup Head Pin is great for quick and easy
application, using only one step to complete the process. The Stud Gun is outfitted with a
Contact Magnetic Cup Head Chuck which hold the Cup Head Pin in place. You simply place the
Cup Head Pin onto the chuck and then push the pin through the insulation material and pull
the trigger on the gun.
