Cold forming is a high speed, scrapless metal forming process, where the material grain flows with the shape of the part. The process takes place at room temperature, hence the name cold forming.
Today’s cold forming equipment is capable of producing complex components at remarkable production rates and with incredible precision.

Cold forming offers a number of advantages over metal removal manufacturing processes and results in parts with superior strength produced at lower cost.
