Remove the standard foot
ring by loosening the three grub screws on the
circumference of the welding gun.
Mount the centring device (B) and fasten it. Loosen the retaining nut by
turning 90° with a socket spanner.

Insert the straight pin
(4) in the gun instead of the chuck.

Tighten the retaining
nut with the socket spanner.

Screw the centring tube
(8) you have chosen in the centring device.

Loosen the three screws
(C) if necessary.

Place the centring disk
(9) on the straight pin (4) and then on the centring tube (8).

Fasten the three screws
(C). The centring tube is then positioned centrally in relation to the
studs.

Then take off the
centring disk and remove the straight pin after loosening the
retaining nut.

Replace the striking pin
with locknut and brass thread end in the chuck with the chuck
extension (order no. see chapter 5.4).

Place a stud in the chuck
and set the length (see chapter 4.2, point4).

Place the chuck equipped in this way in the gun and tighten the retaining nut again
with the socket spanner.
